It followed me, nudged me, and eventually rooted itself in my life. What began as a simple annual theme grew into a personal blueprint for how I lead, develop, and help others do the same. Over time, I began to break the word PURSUE apart. Through years of introspection and real-world leadership experience, I started to identify six core principles embedded in it. Each one represented a critical dimension of effective leadership: Purpose, Understanding, Resilience, Strategic Thinking, Unity, and Execution. This became the P.U.R.S.U.E. Leadership Framework—a model not just for leading others, but first and foremost for leading yourself.
